When care turns into overload

The quiet signs of care that no longer sustains

Why observe

In many places, care exists.
But it is not evenly distributed.

It concentrates on a few people.
Those who anticipate problems, compensate for gaps, and carry everyday work.

At that point, care stops protecting.
And begins to wear down.

The look

- Who always fixes things before they become a problem

- Where care turns into constant compensation

- What only works because someone sustains more than they should

In everyday work

Some people start doing more than what was agreed on so that everything works.

They cover absences.
Adjust failures.
Avoid conflict.

Over time, the place begins to depend on this excess.

Overload becomes routine.
Even without being named.

What to observe

Do the same people hold everyday work together again and again?

Does care show up mostly as effort?

Is there quiet exhaustion in those who care the most?

Would everyday work function without these compensations?

A question to keep with you

Where, in your place, is care protecting ,and where is it wearing down?
